NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hendrum City Council will hold a Special Meeting as follows:

Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Location: Professional Building Boardroom, 308 Main Street East, Hendrum, Minnesota

PURPOSE OF MEETING

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to:

1. Review and discuss the proposed 2027 City Budget, including anticipated revenues, expenditures, capital improvement needs, and other budget-related matters;
2. Discuss the resignation of the City Clerk-Treasurer and related transition planning, including continuity of operations, assignment of duties, interim staffing options, recruitment and hiring processes, and other related matters; and
3. Discuss and provide direction regarding next steps necessary to ensure the continued administration of City business.

The City Council may take action on matters related to the purposes stated in this notice.
